Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from the day your order is delivered.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition received
  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags and accessories attached
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

How to start: email support@auriaclub.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

Please do not send anything back before receiving approval.

Cost: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except where the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped.

International customers: transit times may vary. Any original shipping charges, duties or taxes are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at support@auriaclub.com within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale / markdown items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Underwear, socks, and other personal-wear items

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item at info@auriaclub.com
  2. Place a new order immediately for the item you want

Return shipping for the original item is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.


EU Right of Withdrawal

For orders delivered to the European Union, consumers have the legal right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, notify us at support@auriaclub.com within the 14-day period. Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags still attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Refunds

Once your return is delivered to us, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges and any duties/taxes are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly shipped.

Bank or card processing times may vary. If you haven’t received a refund 15 business days after our approval email, contact us at support@auriaclub.com.
